Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Administrative Assistant to support our operations. This role involves assisting in the sale of postal products and services to both businesses and the general public.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell postal services and products.
  • Accurately sort, distribute, and manage mail.
  • Assist customers by providing necessary information and documentation.
  • Address and resolve any delivery or service-related concerns.

Qualifications

  • Completion of high school or equivalent experience in business administration.
  • Previous experience in retail sales and customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems or postal operations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, sort mail, and maintain a standing position for extended periods.
  • Willingness to take on temporary on-call assignments.
