Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office and warehouse areas
  • Execute general administrative tasks
  • Set up displays for retail parts and accessories
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Manage the issuance and distribution of internal supplies
  • Keep accurate records using the inventory control system
  • Prepare and monitor work orders
  • Receive, unpack, and categorize incoming materials
  • Sell spare and replacement parts as needed
  • Handle shipping, delivery, and pick-up of products
Product Knowledge

Experience with industrial supplies is preferred.

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in inventory control software
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite
  • Basic internet skills
  • Knowledge of Simply Accounting
Specialization

Experience with electrical products is an asset.

Travel Requirements
