Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Parts Inventory Specialist to join our team at Hiscock Rentals & Sales Inc. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management processes.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming communications, including answering phone calls and relaying messages effectively.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Receive, categorize, and label items as they arrive.
  • Maintain comprehensive records using our inventory control system.
  • Unpack and organize incoming parts, supplies, and materials systematically.
Technical Proficiency
  • Familiarity with inventory control software.
  • Proficient in using the internet for research and communication.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
