Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Parts Inventory Specialist to join our team at Hiscock Rentals & Sales Inc. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient management of our inventory and customer service operations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and relay messages effectively.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism.
  • Manage cash transactions accurately.
  • Identify, label, and catalog incoming items efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records within the inventory control system.
  • Receive, unpack, and organize incoming parts, supplies, and materials.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in using inventory control software.
  • Familiarity with internet-based tools.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
