Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office and warehouse.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.
  • Set up displays for retail parts and accessories.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Issue and distribute supplies for internal operations.
  • Keep accurate records using inventory control systems.
  • Prepare and monitor work orders.
  • Receive, unpack, and sort incoming materials.
  • Sell spare and replacement parts as needed.
  • Handle shipping, delivery, and pick-up of products.
Product Knowledge
  • Specialization in industrial supplies, particularly electrical products.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in inventory control software and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with internet applications and Simply Accounting.
Transportation Requirements
  • Vehicle provided by the employer.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
Work Conditions
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and meet tight deadlines.
Weight Handling
  • Must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Personal Equipment
