Employee Benefits Coordinator

On behalf of CB Canada, we are seeking a dedicated Benefits Coordinator to support our client in the Software Sector.

Role Overview

The Benefits Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and executing the employee benefits framework in collaboration with over 41 vendors across various international regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and facilitate the implementation of the employee group benefits program.
  • Oversee the signing of agreements between vendors and international stakeholders.
  • Assist in various HR initiatives and projects as required.

Essential Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in roles such as Benefits Support Specialist, Benefits Coordinator, Benefits Analyst, or Payroll Specialist.
  • Proven track record in researching, evaluating, negotiating, and executing group benefits packages.
  • Experience in employee benefits operations, preferably on a global scale.
  • Strong communication abilities are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a large organization.
