We are a leading global consulting firm that helps organizations navigate the complexities of the modern workplace. Our team is dedicated to providing expert advice and guidance on pension and employee benefits matters, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our ranks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects related to registered pension plans, savings plans, taxation, and benefits, ensuring timely and effective delivery of results.
  • Develop and review pension, savings plans, and employee benefit documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients and their legal counsel to provide practical solutions to complex pension and employee benefits matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with legal developments and participate in training and professional development activities to enhance expertise and knowledge.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • JD or LL.B degree and called to the Bar.
  • At least 3 years of experience in pension and employee benefit law, or a related legal field, with a strong interest in pension and employee benefit law.
  • Relevant experience in taxation is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
