Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dominos Pizza of Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Training: Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to meet meal preparation needs.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train, with a focus on fast-paced environments and customer service.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
