**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dominos Pizza of Canada. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
* Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations
* Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth
**Work Environment**
* Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration

**Requirements**
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
