We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dominos Pizza of Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training
    • Develop and implement effective training programs for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish and maintain efficient systems and processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resources.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Customer Service
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a food service or restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The work language is English.
