Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dominos Pizza of Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food and service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Training
- Develop and implement effective training programs for new staff members
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they meet performance expectations
- Operations Management
- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Work with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Record Keeping and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback
- Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a food service or restaurant environment
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
