Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at SHARMA SWEETS & RESTAURANT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Implementation
Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while ensuring that they align with our brand values and culinary standards.
Staff ManagementLead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
Inventory ManagementOversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that we maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
Customer ServiceEnsure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Financial ManagementManage the restaurant's budget, ensuring that we stay within our financial targets and make informed decisions about investments and expenses.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
LanguageEnglish
