About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of our restaurant, including managing staff schedules, inventory, and supplies.

Lead and Motivate a High-Performing Team

Supervise and train a team of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.

Manage Food Quality and Safety

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that our restaurant meets all relevant health and safety regulations.

Monitor and Control Costs

Prepare and manage budgets, and monitor costs to ensure that our restaurant is operating efficiently and effectively.

Provide Exceptional Customer Service

Ensure that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience, and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Requirements
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in a Restaurant Management Role
  • Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Control Procedures
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
