Restaurant Operations Manager

Rozzini's Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, while maintaining a profitable and efficient business.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Management: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant's budget and operational goals.
- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure optimal profitability.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Marketing and Events: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, as well as manage events to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of communication.
- 40 hours per week of work.
