We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at SHARMA SWEETS & RESTAURANT. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure the efficient running of the restaurant.
- Customer Service: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and provide excellent customer service to our patrons.
- Supplies and Logistics: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and manage the inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Client Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members.
- Transportation and Travel: Ensure that public transportation is available for staff and customers, and make arrangements for transportation as needed.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate a team player attitude, and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, and be familiar with the restaurant industry.

- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
