Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Director to manage the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train and develop store managers and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue, working closely with other departments to optimize store operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize store operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Post Secondary Education, with a Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred.
- 5 years of related experience in the field of Cannabis will be considered.
- 3 years of Retail Cannabis experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Technical experience in the following: POS Systems, CCTV, MS Office.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
