ROLE OVERVIEW
The Retail Operations Supervisor serves as a vital link between the leadership team and sales associates, playing a key role in the operational success of the store while inspiring the team to surpass objectives. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this position provides essential support and coverage in the absence of the Store and Assistant Managers. The Supervisor exemplifies exceptional selling and customer service behaviors, fostering an environment that prioritizes a consistently outstanding in-store experience for both customers and employees.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a retail apparel setting; experience in luxury retail is advantageous;
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a sales team and earn the respect of peers;
  • Proficient in POS management, daily banking operations, and timely report submissions;
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities;
  • A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and exhibit self-motivation;
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

  • Aiding in the resolution of customer service issues;
  • Overseeing and delegating tasks to optimize store operational efficiency;
  • Providing performance feedback to store management regarding individual and team contributions;
  • Ensuring the team adheres to scheduled breaks and meal periods;
  • Promoting open communication on the sales floor;
  • Upholding compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines;
  • Executing opening and closing procedures, along with any inventory responsibilities as assigned.
