About the Role

As an Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in:

  • Configuring and deploying Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management solutions for our clients.
  • Delivering training and support to clients on best practices related to Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges associated with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Graduated no earlier than 2022 and no later than 2024.
  • Possess an Associate's Degree, College Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree by the time of employment.
  • Have no more than 2 years of full-time professional experience in a related field.
  • Be eligible to work in Canada without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
Technical Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The ability to thrive in an Agile, collaborative environment, understanding requirements, designing, coding, and testing innovative applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with a knack for analyzing data effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills across various management levels.
  • Problem-solving skills, with experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions for complex technical issues.
  • Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Python, SQL.
Preferred Qualifications

Preferred academic backgrounds include:

  • Computer Science or related fields.
