About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Consultant to join our team at IBM. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for delivering expert services to our clients, utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership in Cloud Development: Lead the development team for new Oracle Cloud installations and improve existing solutions.
  2. Global Collaboration and Support: Collaborate and support global delivery members on technical and administrative features.
  3. Continuous Improvement Advocate: Work within a continuous improvement framework, challenging ideas and finding solutions to problems.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience as a Configuration Specialist with Oracle Fusion Cloud/Oracle sales and service in a complex environment. This experience must include:

  1. Experience in implementing Sales Force Automation modules.
  2. Experience in configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud Experience in business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling through a CRM lens verification, and methodology development.
  3. Experience in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, working in a team environment, and managing projects.
  4. Experience in utilizing requirements and best practices for data migration from other products to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

  2. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, establish priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  4. Ability and experience working in a team environment.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
Government Considerations

The following experience is considered an asset:

  1. Certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud is an asset.
  2. Specifications with the API of Oracle's Fusion Cloud.
  3. Knowledge on Oracle Fusion Cloud integration with MS Outlook is an advantage.
  4. Knowledge/experience with Oracle Eloqua.
  5. Experience working with government organizations.
  6. Experience working in an Agile environment.
  7. Experience with MS Azure DevOps.
