About the Role

As a Cloud Consultant at IBM, you will be part of a team that designs, develops, and re-engineers complex application components and integrates software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) to deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.
  • Develop solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability, and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
  • Lead the development team for new SAP installations and improving solutions.
  • Collaborate and support global delivery members over technical and administrative features.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience as a Configuration Specialist with Oracle Fusion Cloud/Oracle sales and service in a complex environment.
  • Experience in implementing Sales Force Automation modules.
  • Experience in configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Experience in business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling through a CRM lens verification, and methodology development.
  • Experience in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, working in a team environment, and managing projects.
  • Experience in utilizing requirements and best practices for data migration from other products to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud is an asset.
  • Specifications with the API of Oracle's Fusion Cloud.
  • Knowledge on Oracle Fusion Cloud integration with MS Outlook is an advantage.
  • Knowledge/experience with Oracle Eloqua.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with MS Azure DevOps.
