Senior Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Appliance Territory Manager to join our team at AMS Retail Solutions. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service and Sales: Visit customers to service vendor products and perform sales and support services in assigned stores, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge and Support: Provide new product information, receive customer feedback, and offer product application training to customers, demonstrating expertise in vendor products and services.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory levels, making adjustments as required to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Trade Shows and Training: Attend and represent customers at trade and industry shows, as well as training sessions, to stay up-to-date on the latest sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Reporting and Administration: Report weekly summaries of hours, location, and sales impact at retail, and perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
- Travel and Availability: 100% travel required, including overnight stays, with the ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of Brand Name appliances, Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent communication, presentation, written, and technical skills, as well as the ability to lift up to 50lbs and frequent standing, bending, and twisting.
- Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required, with a college degree preferred, and 2 years of vendor sales experience and 1 year of field sales/customer service experience preferred.
- Vehicle Reimbursement Program: Comprehensive compensation for travel, including hotel and meals.
