Job Summary

As a Territory Sales Manager at Radwell, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the customer relationship in a specific sales area. This includes promoting Radwell's repair, surplus, distribution product and asset recovery services on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities for a specific assigned territory, ensuring maximum sales potential.
  • Collaborate with all staff to oversee the sales function and position products and services to achieve sales goals.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring maximum goodwill from all transactions.
  • Analyze market statistics to develop sales campaigns and create sales quotas.
  • Negotiate and implement agreements with customers.
  • Prepare reports for management and customers.
  • Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
  • Identify new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; survey consumer needs and trends; track competitors.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or customer relationship building.
  • Ability to interact with a variety of people and environments.
  • Goal-oriented and a team player.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Clean driving record and knowledge of the geographical area is a plus.
