Strategic Solutions Delivery Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as a Director, Solutions Delivery. This is a key role that will play a critical part in driving the success of our Wealth and Asset Management business line.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead delivery teams to achieve business objectives and drive the design and development of high-quality products and solutions.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional development teams and business stakeholders to define and implement business strategies, product roadmaps, and service offerings.
- Performance Management: Establish performance goals and work practices to drive the long-term profitability of the Wealth and Asset Management business line.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including business SMEs, technology teams, and bank stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and innovative solutions across the industry, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
- Project Management: Lead and execute complex projects, including the development of roadmaps, business cases, and project plans.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate a team of solution architects and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions and drive business results.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and coaching delivery teams, with a strong focus on talent development and attraction.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in delivering applications in an agile environment, with a strong understanding of business strategy and operations.
- Technical Expertise: Experience in leading and executing complex projects, with a strong understanding of emerging technologies and trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Industry Knowledge: Relevant working experience in the financial sector, with a strong understanding of the regulatory environment and parameters impacting the design and delivery of products and services.
