  5. Emerging Trends: Understand and keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and innovative solutions across the industry.

  7. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain an understanding of the regulatory environment and parameters impacting the design and delivery of products and services within the Asset Management industry.
  8. Leadership Development: Inspire a team of solution architects and engineers to embrace your vision and be a best-in-class team responsible for implementing and maintaining Wealth Technology solutions.
  9. Project Management: Manage communications and status reporting of ongoing initiatives, including summarizing project risks and options and facilitating prompt decisions when needed.
Requirements
  1. Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and coaching delivery teams, with a track record of attracting and developing talent.
  2. Business Acumen: Demonstrated success delivering applications in an agile environment, with strong organization and planning skills and a track record of successful delivery.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Relevant working experience in the financial sector, Asset Management, and Wealth Management.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of the regulatory environment and parameters impacting the design and delivery of products and services within the Asset Management industry.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent relationship building, influencing, and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong supportive relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  6. Technical Skills: Ability to develop strong working relationships with business and technology partners, and to assess and select Global Wealth technologies and integration partners.
