Strategic Director of International Solutions Delivery

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director to lead our International Solutions Delivery team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the International Solutions Delivery team, driving business growth and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.
- Team Management: Manage and oversee the delivery of a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring that deliverables align with strategic priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to create platform roadmaps that align with business strategies.
- Client Focus: Lead and drive a customer-focused culture throughout the delivery teams, influencing a client-centered design culture and deepening relationships with business stakeholders.
- Emerging Trends: Understand and keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and innovative solutions across the industry.
- Business Acumen: Provide guidance to stakeholders to ensure prioritization is driven by business value.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain an understanding of the regulatory environment and parameters impacting the design and delivery of products and services within the Asset Management industry.
- Leadership Development: Inspire a team of solution architects and engineers to embrace your vision and be a best-in-class team responsible for implementing and maintaining Wealth Technology solutions.
- Project Management: Manage communications and status reporting of ongoing initiatives, including summarizing project risks and options and facilitating prompt decisions when needed.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and coaching delivery teams, with a track record of attracting and developing talent.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated success delivering applications in an agile environment, with strong organization and planning skills and a track record of successful delivery.
- Industry Knowledge: Relevant working experience in the financial sector, Asset Management, and Wealth Management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of the regulatory environment and parameters impacting the design and delivery of products and services within the Asset Management industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent relationship building, influencing, and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong supportive relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Technical Skills: Ability to develop strong working relationships with business and technology partners, and to assess and select Global Wealth technologies and integration partners.
