  • Business Alignment: Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure that delivery teams are aligned with business priorities and goals.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and innovative solutions across the industry, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Project Management: Manage complex projects, providing global, innovative solutions that improve the delivery of Wealth products.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and options to stakeholders, and facilitate prompt decisions when needed.
  • Team Development: Lead and coach delivery teams, attracting and developing talent to drive business success.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Understand and comply with regulatory requirements impacting the design and delivery of products and services within the Asset Management industry.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of delivering applications in an agile environment, with strong organization and planning skills.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience in leading and coaching delivery teams, with a strong understanding of Wealth Technology solutions and the financial services sector.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals, with a strong understanding of business priorities and goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements impacting the design and delivery of products and services within the Asset Management industry.
