Overview
The Human Resources Specialist plays a pivotal role in guiding and supporting staff while collaborating with supervisors and management by delivering timely and precise information in areas such as onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and policy interpretation.

Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist with Employee Relations, Compensation, Recruitment, and Benefits initiatives alongside field personnel.
  2. Ensure adherence to all legal and corporate regulations.
  3. Facilitate the seamless execution of onboarding, training, and compliance programs.
  4. Manage the offboarding process and support unemployment claims administration.
  5. Engage in the rollout of company policies and programs.
  6. Collaborate closely with management and HR Managers/Directors to drive continuous improvements and optimize business processes.

Additional Duties

  1. Conduct report writing and documentation as necessary.
  2. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

  3. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

  1. A Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  2. A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a human resources setting, either as an HR Generalist or in HR administration, is required.
