Travel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Seasons Travel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our travel agency, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform Supervisory Duties: Supervise and mentor a team of travel clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit reports on team performance, client feedback, and operational metrics.
- Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice: Troubleshoot issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing special requests and needs of our clients.
- Coordinate, Assign, and Review Work: Manage workload, assign tasks, and review progress to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage inventory of necessary materials and supplies.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Work Setting: Travel agency.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Outlook.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
