Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform Supervisory Duties: Supervise and mentor a team of travel clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit regular reports on team performance, client feedback, and operational metrics.
- Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice: Troubleshoot and resolve work-related issues, providing technical guidance and recommendations to improve productivity and quality.
- Assist Clients and Co-ordinate Work: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with special needs and co-ordinating work assignments for the team.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage inventory of materials and supplies necessary for team operations.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Work Setting: Travel agency environment.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook.
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
