Holiday Seasons Travel is seeking a skilled Travel Clerk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our travel clerks and ensuring the smooth operation of our travel agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a travel agency setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and other relevant software
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed
  • Work in a dynamic and supportive team environment
