Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Pastor to lead our children's ministry at GKM Church. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to helping children grow in their faith.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive children's ministry strategy that aligns with the church's mission and vision.
  • Lead a team of volunteers in creating engaging and impactful experiences for children, including large-group gatherings, small groups, and events.
  • Provide pastoral care and support to families, offering resources and guidance to help them disciple their children.
  • Maintain and update safety protocols and procedures to ensure the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of children within the ministry.
  • Collaborate with other ministry leaders to establish a unified approach to family ministry that aligns with the overall vision of the church.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience leading, directing, and conducting a variety of teams.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital platforms and technology, with a keen understanding of how to leverage digital tools and resources to enhance family ministry experiences.
