We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to serve as the Director of Youth Programs for our Elgin County location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the vision, planning, and implementation of our local ministry in Elgin County.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a local staff and volunteer team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of our ministry goals.
  • Engage in relational evangelism and discipleship of youth, building strong relationships and fostering a sense of community.
  • Act as the advocate for our local satellite in the community, communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build strong relationships and interpersonal skills, essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

  • Education and/or experience related to youth work, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by young people.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse groups.
