Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Max/Pro Tax Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and compiling data and statistics.
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, order office supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
