Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Max/Pro Tax Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Respond to electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after sale

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Permanent work term
  • English language proficiency
  • 30-40 hours per week
