Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Provide guidance to clients regarding legal processes and procedures.
  • Document Preparation: Compile and organize documentary evidence for trial readiness.
  • Contract Drafting: Create legal documents including contracts, promissory notes, wills, and mortgages.
  • Application Assistance: Aid in the preparation of applications for uncontested divorces, domestic contracts, and name changes.
  • Interviewing: Conduct interviews with clients, witnesses, and other relevant parties.
  • Legal Proceedings: Issue subpoenas, summonses, and warrants as required.
  • Representation: Represent clients in front of administrative tribunals concerning driving offences.
  • Trial Preparation: Draft trial briefs and assist lawyers in mediation and dispute resolution preparations.
  • Oath Administration: Administer oaths and manage affidavits and depositions.
  • Scheduling: Organize court trials and pre-trial conferences.
