We are seeking a highly skilled Shipping Coordinator with CSR support to join our team at Imperial Manufacturing Group.

As a key member of our small but dynamic team, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities


  • \t
  • Coordinate shipments and manage inventory to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
    \t
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
    \t
  • Work closely with the CSR team to resolve customer issues and concerns
    \t
  • Manage backorders and communicate with vendors to resolve any issues
    \t
  • Run daily reports to track inventory and shipment status
    \t
  • Explore ways to improve shipping efficiency and reduce errors
    \t
  • Count and receive freight into inventory, and stage orders for shipping
    \t
  • Unload and load trucks and couriers, and enter pick-up information into the computer
    \t
  • Manage key customer accounts and update standing orders in Sage Software
    \t
  • Process sales orders and batch orders, and manage orders in the backlog
    \t
  • Customer invoicing and problem-solving
    \t
  • Proactive, self-motivated, energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven individual with excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
    \t
  • Experience with Lift Truck operations and/or having Lift Truck training would be an asset
    \t
  • Knowledge or work experience with HVAC / Filtration or other industrial industries
    \t
  • Intermediate computer skills required (Excel / Outlook)
    \t
  • Attention to details and ability to function in a deadline-oriented environment
    \t
  • Experience using electronic inventory control system like Sage / ACCPAC / Simply Accounting (Order processing, purchase orders, & invoicing)
    \t
  • A High School Diploma/GED is an asset
    \t
