Key Responsibilities


  • \t
  • Coordinate shipments and manage inventory to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
    \t
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
    \t
  • Work closely with the CSR team to resolve customer issues and concerns
    \t
  • Manage backorders and communicate with vendors to resolve any issues
    \t
  • Run daily reports to track inventory and shipment status
    \t
  • Explore ways to improve efficiency and reduce errors in the shipping process
    \t
  • Collaborate with the sales and shipping teams to ensure seamless communication and execution
    \t
  • Perform cycle counts and receive freight into inventory
    \t
  • Unload and load trucks and couriers
    \t
  • Enter pick-up information into the computer and write up waybills
    \t
  • Manage key customer accounts and update standing orders in Sage Software
    \t
  • Process sales orders and batch orders
    \t
  • Customer invoicing and managing orders in the backlog
    \t
  • Seek opportunities to expedite orders and resolve problems
    \t
  • Perform other duties as required
    \t


Requirements


  • \t
  • Experience with lift truck operations and/or having lift truck training would be an asset
    \t
  • Knowledge or work experience with HVAC / Filtration or other industrial industries
    \t
  • Intermediate computer skills required (Excel / Outlook)
    \t
  • Attention to details
    \t
  • Proactive, self-motivated, energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven
    \t
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
    \t
  • Ability to function in a deadline-oriented environment
    \t
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to follow safe work practices
    \t
  • Experience using electronic inventory control systems like Sage / ACCPAC / Simply Accounting (order processing, purchase orders, and invoicing)
    \t
  • A High School Diploma/GED is an asset
    \t
