Le poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne pour combler un poste de préposé(e) à la maintenance à temps plein. Vous serez responsable de l'entretien ménager, des réparations mineures et de l'assistance aux résidents.

Responsabilités

  • Effectuer les appels de service et les réparations mineures dans les appartements et les aires communes
  • Faire part au supérieur immédiat des besoins en matériaux et produits pour la maintenance et l'entretien de l'immeuble
  • S'assurer de l'entretien préventif des équipements de la résidence
  • Être disponible pour répondre aux urgences

Expérience et qualifications

  • Formation professionnelle en entretien général d'immeuble (un atout)
