Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Tandel Group Inc.

Job Summary:

The Building Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and cleaning duties to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and disinfect bathrooms, fixtures, and other areas as needed.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners and other equipment as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
