About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director of Commercial Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on commercial real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality property valuations, market research, and business development services to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and drive business results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the Colliers brand and enhance our reputation in the market.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with a strong background in property valuations, market research, and business development.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong understanding of industry-specific software and tools.
