Position Overview

The Assistant Manager at Kingsway Inn plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. This position requires a dedicated individual who can oversee daily activities and support our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and hiring of hotel staff
  • Supervision and management of team members
  • Conducting performance evaluations
  • Facilitating training sessions for new hires
  • Handling front desk operations
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Addressing and resolving guest complaints or concerns
  • Creating and managing work schedules
Team Management

Supervisory responsibilities will include overseeing:

  • 1 to 2 team members
  • 3 to 4 team members
