About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team at 12607361 Canada Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive hotel performance and efficiency
    • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service
    • Collaborate with department heads to achieve business objectives and improve hotel operations
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and growth
    • Monitor revenues and expenses to optimize hotel profitability
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Operational Excellence
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates and services
    • Participate in promotional activities to drive hotel occupancy and revenue
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field
    • Proven track record of success in hotel operations and management
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
