Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and support hotel operations.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations and provide coaching and development opportunities to improve performance.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, and providing exceptional customer service to guests.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing plans to increase hotel occupancy and revenue, and work with the sales team to drive business growth.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel management role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
