About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at 12607361 Canada Inc. as an Assistant Hotel Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Strategies

Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.

Staff Management and Development

Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of hotel staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.

Negotiation and Procurement

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for hotel materials and supplies, and collaborate with clients to optimize the use of hotel facilities.

Financial Management

Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Marketing and Promotion

Participate in promotional activities to enhance the hotel's reputation and attract new customers.

Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless hotel operations.

Work Term

Permanent position with a regular schedule.

Work Language

English language proficiency required.

Work Hours

32 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
