We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant group seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team.

Job Summary

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong passion for cooking and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to ensure a diverse and exciting range of dishes for our customers.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of safety and quality, and that all kitchen staff are trained in food safety procedures.

Team Management

Lead and motivate our kitchen team to achieve exceptional results and provide a positive and supportive work environment.

Inventory Management

Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.

Cleanliness and Maintenance

Ensure that the kitchen and all equipment are clean and well-maintained at all times.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Work Setting

Restaurant environment.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Suitability

Dependability, flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
