Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Minister of Faith to join our team at the Community Church of Christ. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in providing spiritual guidance, leadership, and support to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct meaningful religious services that inspire and uplift our community
  • Supervise and mentor office and volunteer staff to ensure the smooth operation of our church
  • Administer rites of faith, such as marriages and funerals, with dignity and compassion
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the daily operations of our religious community
  • Provide spiritual and moral guidance to our members, offering a listening ear and a helping hand
  • Develop and implement programs of religious education that cater to the diverse needs of our community
  • Represent our church in humanitarian endeavors, social services, and welfare activities, promoting the values of compassion and empathy
  • Offer consultation services to government and other organizations, providing expert advice on matters of faith and spirituality
  • Deliver sermons and talks that inspire and motivate our community, promoting a deeper understanding of our faith
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
