Job Title: Minister - Religion

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Minister to join our team at the Community Church of Christ. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in providing spiritual guidance and support to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct meaningful religious services and ceremonies
  • Supervise and support office and volunteer staff
  • Administer rites of faith, including marriages and funerals
  • Provide spiritual and moral guidance to our community
  • Develop and implement programs of religious education
  • Represent our church in humanitarian endeavors and social services
  • Collaborate with government and other organizations to provide consultation services
  • Deliver sermons and talks to promote spirituality and community engagement
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Child Abuse Registry check and Child welfare check
  • Adult Abuse Registry check
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Permanent employment with 35-40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
