Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spiritual Leader to join our team at the Community Church of Christ. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for conducting religious services, supervising office and volunteer staff, and providing spiritual and moral guidance to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct religious services and administer rites of faith such as marriages and funerals
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our community
  • Provide spiritual and moral guidance to members of our faith community
  • Supervise, plan, and administer programs of religious education
  • Represent the church in humanitarian endeavors, social services, and welfare activities
  • Provide consultation services to government and other organizations
  • Pray and promote spirituality by delivering sermons and other talks
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking work environment
  • Permanent employment with 35-40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
