Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Minister of Faith to join our team at the Community Church of Christ. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in leading our congregation and providing spiritual guidance to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular religious services and ceremonies, including weddings, funerals, and baptisms.
  • Supervise and support our office and volunteer staff in their roles.
  • Administer rites and rituals of our faith, including marriages and funerals.
  • Develop and implement programs of religious education for our community.
  • Represent our church in local humanitarian efforts, social services, and welfare activities.
  • Provide consultation services to government and other organizations.
  • Deliver sermons and talks to promote spirituality and faith.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Child Abuse Registry check and Child welfare check.
  • Adult Abuse Registry check.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work environment is a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work language is English.
