About EightSix Network
We are a leading real estate investment firm specializing in commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties. Our portfolio includes carefully selected residential properties in prime locations.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders
- Effectively resolve tenant complaints and issues
- Analyze and propose solutions for any operational challenges
- Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance
- Inspect properties during move-in and move-out to ensure accuracy
- Maintain organized property files and records
- Collect rent and manage documentation
- Handle emergency situations using established procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of building systems and operations
- Ability to delegate responsibilities and lead a team
- Proficiency in technology and property management software
- Bilingual proficiency
